Tier 2 Reports

A Tier 2 Report describes the property, provides insurance information, lists the investigator's observations, summarizes witness information, and provides additional details relevant to insurance claims. These reports typically involve insured properties, where the products or circumstances involved in igniting or spreading the fire/explosion are beyond the statute of repose. Use this report when an insurance claim has been filed, but subrogation is not likely. Do not use this report for incidents involving an injury, fatality, or criminal offense.
